Getting to know you

It’s personal, but in a good way. 

However successful your career so far, achieving at the next level takes commitment and investment. To really pay off, that investment needs to be well-targeted and well-suited to your situation. That’s where C-space comes in. 

One size does not fit all. A solid understanding of your career to date – your stand-out strengths and what you want to achieve next – is critical for building on what has gone before. We take time to get to know you and establish trust. We create a comfortable, confidential space for honest and open discussion. We look at the whole you, within a work context. We dig deep before we build up because it’s fundamental to how we work.

 

 

Getting to know your context

Once we know more about you, we build out the broader context.

Together we assess where you are now, from individual and organisational viewpoints, and clarify your goals. From wider perspective, we can gain sharper focus: 

  • Strengths to play to and areas to develop; 

  • Existing relationships that need strengthening, such as those between challenges and opportunities, strategy and implementation or leaders and teams;

  • New approaches and lateral links that will create connections and build resilience.

Then we prioritise the areas that hold the most potential for you. 

 

 

Getting ready to make changes

It’s one thing to see where changes can be made, another to make them. 

The resources come from within, but that doesn’t mean it has to be a solo effort. 

We challenge and support you to connect areas of high-potential to high-achievement through goals and action plans. We share tools and methods suited to your situation, ones that will help you and your organisation to get the best out of each other.

With a personal plan of how to implement change on the ground, and the tools to make it happen, you will have new sources of motivation, alongside your coach.

 

 

Getting results

You will be keen to get started, to put techniques into practice and test out new approaches. It’s an exciting time, and C-space is there to support your momentum and keep it focused. 

We meet to assess progress – what you’ve tried and what you haven’t, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and most importantly, why. Then we pick up further ideas and actions to get you closer to your goals. 

At the end of the process we evaluate your journey against the agreed measures of success. These are personal to you apart from one – that the coaching investment is now embedded and self-sustaining. 

C-space is about building connections that self-support – focused action feeding results and results feeding higher performance – for cumulative, career-long returns.
